In order to contract at the back of the leg you have to release the front of it. In this class you will do generous quad opening, some hamstring strengthening, and throw in some abdominals because why not?! You will have several chances to get upside down in the middle of the room and do some floor work as well as standing poses, balances and sun salutations.

(Int) We used to think that an hour was way too short for a yoga class, and then we discovered the Kula Hour: A 65 minute straight up shot of all the good stuff. (Of course a Kula hour lasts just a little longer than a NYC hour.) For 60 minutes we have at it, Kula style. 5 minutes of blissful rest follow.
