After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...

This class doesn't have one particular theme, but jumps around the body and makes for a well rounded class. We do hit hip strengthening and opening, a fair amount of shoulder stretching and arm pit opening, along with chest opening and some work on the outer blade of the palms which bring sun nicely into forearm stand.
