After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: 1 strap, 2 blocks, and if you have a sensitive spine grab a blanket or towel for rolling)

Lolasana special! With the help of a belt so it isn't so hard! You will explore hips and wraps of the legs, opening of the calves and shoulders/wrists in order to get you into this pose with ease.
