Kula Quickie: Explore Comfort, Pleasure, Happiness & Ease In Sukhasana Legs

After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: 2 blocks and if you have a bolster or two blankets/towels you can roll up to make a bolster grab them. If not just bring your blocks!)

Sukha means ease. This class will explore sukhasana or crossed legs in many different shapes, from seated to backbends to forward folds. You will do  a little flow of standing poses, a camel pose, a twist, a navasana. It's a bunch of good stuff rolled into a short amount of time!
