Kula Quickie: Casual Core Work ;) & Parivrttas

Aired -

(Suggested props: 1-2 blocks and if you have a sandbag or something to substitute as a weight, grab it, if you not you could do this entire class with no props!)

Start class off with restoration for you legs. Next up you will move into strong and smart work to establish your core and side bodies. Class offers a few traditional As and 2 "B" sequences that will get into the hips and re-establish the act of revolution. Inversion will be a handstand or asana of your choosing. You will use a wall to explore parivrtta ardha chandrasana, land in a backbend, and restore with the sandbag if you have one!
