After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
Could be done with no props, but if you have 2 blocks, 1-2 blankets and a strap, grab them!

This class gets right into standing poses and fortifies your legs and their connection to the earth. The last third of class turns you upside down to bring relief to the legs, introduce them to the air, and bring awareness to your hands, shoulders and arms as your foundation.
