This is a fun holiday yoga snack to get you connected to your breath and your core, shake off a little extra energy, and tip you upside down. Throughout class, we mobilize the hips and shoulders, while also looking at where we can find stability while inverted. Towards the the end, a sweet cool down at the wall sets you up for a few precious minutes of silence.

(Int) You asked, we deliver. For busy parents, workaholics, anyone who needs a shot of Kula to shake up or spice up their day—join us for a 45 minute dose of Kula goodness. This class is perfect if you need an early asana espresso, a mid-day snack, an appetizer for a tasty evening ahead or a short yogic nightcap.
