Kula Quickie (45 min): Flirting with the Hamstrings & Handstands w. Core Integrity

We establish hamstring strength and length and core stability from right out of the gates and then apply these principles to a strong dose of Kula Flow. Twisting balances the practice nicely. Expect to remember me in the back of your legs and abs tomorrow. (Apologies in advance for the mediocre sound quality - but hopefully the class makes up for the technical deficits.)
