This series will substantiate these claims through direct experiences of asana, scriptural study, and surrender of results.

Each session will concentrate on one part of the kriya trifecta explaining the philosophy behind each niyama, presenting a dharma talk with a power point presentation and ending with a sequence designed to  sharpen the edge of your practice, develop mental quiet for reflection on the sacred texts, and open your heart for the experience of communion with your higher power.
