Sacred Texts Trilogy
The Upanishads, The Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita are three seminal works of Indian and Yogic philosophy. Each session, Gabriel will explain some of the wisdom found in each of these works and how to best domesticate the intuitions they point toward in our daily life. Expect to take away numerous tips on yoga philosophy, meditation, breathing, sensory withdrawal, and skill in action. We will also practice sequences that cultivate clarity, calm, concentration, compassion, and celebration.
