Kula Flow: "Belly Backbends" On The Shins

After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap)

This class addresses the front body in hopes of getting you into some delicious and interesting backbending variations. The traditional shapes are done on the abdomen but we will do them on the shins and even standing. Class closes with a twist, a seated outer hip opener, a straddle and a nice savasana.
