After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: 2 blocks and 1 strap. If you have no props at home you can still do this class!)

Unboulder your shoulders in this class and prepare for binds and an inversion of your choice. You will also have the chance to do a full wheel at the end and finish off with a hip opener and a sweet invitation to go inside yourself.
