Lengthen the inner leg line as you prep for lotus on the back/supine. This class will work both internal and external rotation of the femurs and warm up the hips, knees and ankles. You will leave class with a plethora of space around your pelvic bowl (and hopefully in and around your mind too!)

(Int) You asked, we deliver. For busy parents, workaholics, anyone who needs a shot of Kula to shake up or spice up their day—join us for a 30 minute dose of Kula goodness. This class is perfect if you need an early asana espresso, a mid-day snack, an appetizer for a tasty evening ahead or a short yogic nightcap.
