Sydney Holly
Namaste - my name is Sydney Holly and Kula Yoga is my second home. Yoga came into my life after receiving my BFA in Dance from University of Illinois. I responded to the movement and breath-work right away. I went on to receive my 500RYTE from Be Yoga NYC and I’ve been teaching since 2001. I incorporate the alignment, pranayama and philosophy of Yoga Raj Alan Finger’s Ishta system with the flowing movement of vinyasa. I love creative sequencing and breaking down postures into their essential elements. I believe in developing a body that can perform at its maximum efficiency. I encourage my students to explore their perceived limitations. A thoughtful yoga practice brings clarity, harmony, and inspiration to your life by allowing you to live to your fullest potential. I’m also a proud mama of 5 boys who make life fun! Can’t wait to meet you on the mat.
