Align and Flow is an alignment-oriented practice that teaches you to safely create the forms and actions within yoga postures. Classes build progressively and safely towards more complex poses and spend time breaking down the techniques for honing awareness and skills on and off the mat. Level 2 classes often include backbends, arm balances, twists, forward folds, and more. These are exceptional classes to learn how to play upside-down and challenge the edges of your practice.
