This is Kathryn's go-to daily sequence for healthy, happy shoulders. The majority of this hatha practice will happen in a seated position, with a few postures on all-fours, a quick downward facing dog, and a reclined shoulder opener to finish. Perfect for shoulders that have endured too much vinyasa, those of us hunched over phones or computers, as a post travel tonic, or just as a general shoulder maintenance program.
