Inspired by the words of Phoenix Friend David Wagner, this class will take the concept of 'turn struggle to snuggle' into a physical practice. The first half of this class will build heat, leading up to hanumanasana (splits) and a modified vishvamitrasana. The second half will flip those challenges into snuggly modifications of the the postures with the aid of a bolster and blocks. Class ends with 15 minutes of restorative and guided visualization to send our struggles on their way.
