Fun fact, family: My mic bit it right before class started, so apologies for the audio not being as crisp as it normally is. Such are the lessons in meditating!

This meditation focuses on Japa (derived from the Sanskrit root, jap, meaning "to repeat quietly and internally”). The mantra 'liberation' is used to sever limited beliefs, infusing our mala and bodies with freedom from our thoughts. (Mala beads are encouraged but not required.)

Each meditation will end with five minutes of free writing, so a journal or something to write with is encouraged.

Beginner friendly. All levels.
15 mins + 5 mins of free writing
Props: optional mala + cushion or blanket
