This class is a short and sweet balm for your achy lower back. Kathryn leads you through a hatha-style practice focused on movement to stabilizes and unwind the lower spine and hips. No vinyasa or quick movement.
Props: 2 blocks, 1-2 long yoga belts
Postures include: Reclined dead bug variation, supine twist with block, thread-the-needle, revolved thread-the-needle, all 4s with a block, downward facing dog and standing forward fold with a block, all 4s hip stabilization, low lunge, wide baddha konasana, supta hasta padangustasana at wall with two straps, legs-up-the-wall.
