Let's spread our wings and get some lift off with this crow flow! Crow is usually the first arm balance we learn when we start a yoga practice, so we'll break down the structure of it and better understand all of its many variations! The flow portion of class will prepare our bodies for our lift off! As usual, modifications will be given throughout class so you can work on something no matter what your level of practice may be.
