Chaturanga. A divisive word amongst the world of yogis — you either can't get enough or it summons daydreams of a world cobbled with child's pose. This vinyasa practice will offer ample chaturangas (as well as child's pose), alongside shoulder-opening standing poses to counterbalance the work. The goal: create strength, endurance, and a sense of humor when things get tough. Modifications and variations will be offered.
