Props: blanket, strap, 2 blocks and 2 bolsters or pillows

Postures include: supported hero, side bend, downward facing dog variations, standing forward bend, mountain side bend, lunge with cat and cow, runner's lunge, supported bridge variations, thread-the-needle, single pigeon on bolsters, supported supta baddha konasana.
