The psoas is a large muscle that runs from the lumbar spine, through the groin, between the vertebral column and the brim of the pelvis. In other words: it is a BEAST muscle that works HARD for us! Use this class full of simple yet effective reclined and standing holds followed by a brisk flow.

Postures include: half happy baby, mini bridge with psoas release, low lunge with side bend, lizard, crescent with side bend, toe-tops crescent, lunge with back foot clasp, single pigeon on block, supported bridge. No savasana offered.
