In this all levels energetic class, we will explore the difference between Grit and Grind: GRIT being rooted in courage, resolve, practice, internal validation, and strength of character and GRIND being rooted in perfection, urgency, hustle and external validation. This practice will focus on bringing resilience and ease to movement, with moments of challenge which will build strength and endurance.
