Let's move! This class get's right into business, starting with downward facing dog and a cheeky warm-up. Then we're off to sun salutations, core awareness work, side planks, optional crow poses and chances to invert, with both external and internal standing postures. Class ends with a dusting of forward folds and side bends. Pow pow pow!
