One of the most important things you can do when you're sick is rest. But as the ebb and flow of recovery begins, there's a window where you're not back to normal but crave some kind of gentle movement. This slow-moving 20-minute class moves your spine, opens your hips, and helps you remember there's light at the end of the tunnel.
