This meditation focuses on Japa (derived from the Sanskrit root, jap, meaning "to repeat quietly and internally”). The mantra 'Om Ganesha' is used to cultivate new beginnings, infusing our mala and bodies with the energy of god. (Mala beads are encouraged but not required.)

Each meditation will end with five minutes of free writing, so a journal or something to write with is encouraged.

Beginner friendly. All levels.
