Postures include: reclined resistance core work with block, spinal twists, seated breathwork pivots, side bends, cat + cow, modified plank and chaturanga (push-up), lunges, simple twist, clock vinyasa, sun salutation A + B, boat and half boat, table top, warrior i, warrior ii, warrior iii, flamingo, standing big-toe pose, crescent, modified side plank, squats with chest openers, supported bridge (or bridge + upward facing bow), hip openers, alternate nostril breathing (pranayama), seated meditation or savasana.
