Life is not a sprint, it is not a marathon — it is a Relay! We are all navigating the collective experience as well as our own personal storyline, which is deeply interconnected. When we approach the work of creating the world we want to live in, it is critical we face it as a team. This team must be willing to show up, listen and learn, take accountability, communicate, move mindfully, trust, hold the frontline, rest when needed, and use our collective fuel to create a relay force that is unbreakable.

Today's class will explore all the elements needed to make a strong relay team, personally and collectively!
