Practicing yoga doesn't mean you need to unroll a mat. Kathryn leads you through ways to express a traditional yoga practice (sun salutations, cat and cow, 'standing poses', forward bends, twists and breath work) without leaving your chair. Ideal for a quick practice at your desk! This class does not bear weight on the feet.

Postures include: (all seated): knee to chest, spinal twist, cat and cow, thoracic release, thread-the-needle, updog, uttanasana with blocks, half sun salutations, 'knee-to-nose', seated core work, 1/2 boat, goddess, chair pivots, crescent, warrior ii, legs-up-the-chair.
