Haus Teacher Kate Counts is back to ground us into our values!

Right now, there are many issues we are facing as a global community that can cause overwhelm and a sense of powerlessness. If our yoga practice has taught us anything, it is how to anchor into our "why" when we are feeling overwhelmed – how to create a deep sense of power to respond to the things we can control in our lives. This month's practice will explore the ability to organize our people around the issues that matter. Kate hopes you leave this practice feeling resourced and empowered.
