This rejuvenating meditation opens by stimulating our lymphatic system with finger brushing along the neck and face, followed by three rounds of bellows breath (bhastrika pranayama). Kathryn then offers a brief guided meditation which makes space for silent contemplation. Five minutes of free writing is offered at the end.

Beginner friendly.
