We could all use a little creative distraction to help us stay present in challenging core work. We'll be visiting classic yoga sequences and postures such as sun salutations, skandasana, warrior iii, crescent, and bridge with the added help of sliders to amp up the core awareness! This class will also focus on adductors, hamstrings, quads, and shoulders. There will be time to stretch and counter our hard work, leaving us balanced, perhaps happily surprised, and hopefully empowered!

*Sliders on hardwood would be ideal, but you can also use small hand towels, fuzzy socks, or if you have carpet, paper plates or small, glossy books.
