Props: 2 blocks and an optional strap

Postures include: child's pose with side stretch, cat and cow, anahatasana on blocks, belly shoulder stretch, cobra, revolved downward facing dog, standing forward fold with C arms and IT band stretch, mountain with side bends, low lunge with side bend, simple twist, psoas release, standing split, lunge with goal post arms, revolved crescent, fallen warrior. End in Child's pose, no savasana offered.
