Summer Request Line: Trina's Spicy Add-On Flow

This class is designed especially for intermediate practitioners of flow based classes. Trina requested a challenging class that builds or "adds on". You'll move through plenty of rounds of vinyasa sequences with new poses added on each round.
You will build, burn, and sizzle in the heat of the flow. In Yoga heat is Tapas and its purpose is to clarify (burn away) what we don't need and to fortify (strengthen) what we do need to better serve our lives and duties and dreams off the mat!
This class builds to revolved half moon. A block may be handy for this pose. Also if you have tight hamstrings give yourself plenty of room to modify.
Burning doesn't have to be a bummer. Find joy in the sweat.
