Steady We Go: Oblique and Half Moon Flow

This is a power flow that has an emphasis on movement in the frontal plane. This means you will strengthen your outer hips, obliques, and the side body in general.

The vibe of this class is calm yet challenging. You'll feel like your entire body is well worked, your mind is fully rinsed of stress, and your vibe is calm and cool.
