Eagle-eyed vision can feel very serious, but it helps to have a little play as you navigate any big dreams or goals.

This practice helps you sync into your center line, and explore balance, flow, and of course Eagle pose.  After flowing use the same skill of finding center in nadi shodhana, and a releasing meditation to let everything surrender post flow.
