I filmed this class at almost 8 months pregnant, and I had a training program before and during my pregnancy. If you are a mama-to-be training with me please listen to your body. If you're not used to this level of intensity, reduce weight and slow down. Give yourself plenty of time to breath with ease. And, as always, listen to your medical team!
