Powered Up: Dancer Party

Dance like absolutely no one is watching - because they aren't - in this yoga class that prepares the shoulder and spine for Dancer. Nothing is better than redefining what a 'peak' pose means to you, and why not do it in the King of the backbends? Don't grab your foot? Never flip your grip? That's all groovy baby. It's about how you feel and what you learn about yourself in the process. 

Two blocks (or a bolster), and a loop or strap will be handy for this class.
