This "choose your own adventure" practice explores the concept of creating energy without draining yourself. Brisk and well-rounded, this class gives you the chance to explore YOU and what YOUR body needs. You might need to pump it up, or maybe your energy boost will come in the form of taking it down. Either way, we'll reawaken our life force with breathwork, standing poses, twists, inversions, hip openers, and creative movement. Come shake off your distractions so your attention can be free!
