When I started teaching for Haus, a lot of our focus was on pelvic stability. As the year went on, we ventured all over, from more sensual movement to floorwork and more! We are going to kick off the new year by revisiting some of the original pelvis stabilizing exercises, and I’ve got some brand new ones to show you as well! We will focus on unlocking inward and outward rotation as well as movement you can incorporate into any practice that will support a more stable pelvis and a wider range of motion!
