Just Stretch

Welcome to your dream class! As the title suggestions, this class is all about stretching — from the balls of our feet all the way to our neck and face! This class will be a combination of opening yoga postures, general stretches, and myofascial release. Please note the necessary props!

All levels
45 minutes
Props needed: one myofascial ball (or a firm ball, such as lacrosse or fresh tennis ball), 2 blocks, strap, wall space, tube or long sock

Postures include: sole of foot release, calf stretch, toe stretch, ball release of quad and back of knee, reclined foot to big toe variations, low lunge, psoas stretch, runner's lunge, King Arthur at wall, erector ball release at wall, single pigeon with block, cow face, eagle arms, simple twist, side child's pose, side bend, neck release
