Inspired by our A New Dawn meditation, this practice is here to help you greet the day! This 20 minute practice will feel anything but short: packed with low-to-the-ground movement (think: moon salutations, bird-dog, gentle core, and an eventual lift to tree pose and sun salutation A), we'll get your body warm while building the energy you'd like to bring into your day.

Postures include: running in place, bellows and alternative nostril breathwork, side child's pose, cat and cow, bear variations, bird dog variations, low lunge, modified side plank, modified chopasana, runner's lunge, moon salutation, simple twist, sun salutation A, tree pose. No savasana is offered.
