In honor of our 2 year anniversary, we decided to take a look back at our most popular replays!
Filmed back in October 2021, this "Feel Good Flow" has proven to be a favorite amongst many. This thirty minute practice is straight-up delicious flow: fluid movement, classic poses, and just enough heat to break a sweat while leaving you refreshed.

Level 2 with 1/2 modificatioins

Postures include: downward facing dog, child's pose with side opening, revolved standing forward bend, knee-to-nose variations, sphinx, sun salutation A, hand-to-big-toe standing fold, malasana, optional crow, open leg dog, wild thing (flip dog), rock star, side plank, simple twist, crescent pose, warrior i and ii, reverse warrior, triangle, half moon, forearm plank, dolphin, optional forearm stand, camel, baddha konasana, hip opener with bellows breath, option to meditate or take savasana.
