Inspired by our Tend the Garden meditation: this class is half flow, half restorative, and 100% here to crack your mind open! We will use elements of a traditional vinyasa flow (think: sun salutations, warriors, standing twists, backbends) and bookend each section with a corresponding restorative and propped hold. Build some heat (the idea) then sit in the silence and let it grow. Find a way to marry your passion to your patience.
