The full moon is an optimal time to close doors and release the past. Come to your mat with three things you'd like to let go of (also bring three pieces of paper and something to write with), and let Kathryn do the rest through a cathartic and celebratory flow.

Props: three pieces of paper, a pen, optional symbols of earth (salt, rock, crystal, plant), water (bowl of water), fire (lit candle), and air (incense, sage, palo santo).
Postures include: sun salutation A, low lunge, simple twist, kick throughs, warrior i, wild thing, scandasana, goddess, malasana, crow pose, bridge, window wipers, supine twist. Seated breathing. No savasana.
