In this 30 minute class, we aim our sights on finding the most beautiful sensation: the flow state. When our body and mind are united through our movement, we're able to find a moving meditation, where we simply flow in the present moment. At first, we build up the flow to become familiar with the transitions, then we weave them into a dance with the breath guiding us as the rhythm.
