When I say "unleash the beast,” I mean the glutes!! Within the arena of pelvic awareness, we’d be remiss to not mention the amazing power of the glutes. Together, we will go through some pelvic stabilization movements, hip openers, work internal and external rotations, and then get into those glute isolations and how freeing they can be! This one is all about letting go and having fun.
