We all have a wild part of our soul. The place that percolates spontaneity, creativity, and a passion for life. This wild spark can sometimes be smothered by the challenges, stress, and demands of life. In today’s 30 minute class, we are going to awaken the wild thing in each of us. Expect to move with passion, breath, and a powerful intention to move. Class will include crescent lunge sun salutations to build heat, core work to awaken our wild intuition, and a strength component to build resilience. And, of course, we will practice: wild thing.
