A lioness represents a core strength that allows for nurturing energy, a docile approach, but also fiercely committed to protection and overcoming challenge. Belly of the Beast will take us on a core strengthening journey that also allows for the slinky and smooth facets of a lioness on the prowl. We will use a chair to give us support and reveal opportunities for play, while also focusing in on deeper core strengthening techniques and how they relate to strength in other areas of the body.
